Tompkins Wake Lawyers wanted a unique, and creative way to celebrate the end of the year for 25 staff.
The team met on the beach where their logo was waiting on the sand 30 metres long for a group photo.
Then I shared my story about mental health and how I began this art form. We then took some time to sit and pause and listen to nature before a brief 5 minute guided meditation. With Rake and Bamboo in hand the team was shown the craft's fundamentals through basic techniques.
